By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You are authorized to use the payment method provided
  • You are shipping to a valid U.S. address

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including if we suspect fraud, an error in pricing, or a violation of these Terms. If your order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars (USD). Prestige Tables does not collect sales tax — the prices shown are the prices you pay. We accept major credit and debit cards. Payment is processed at the time of order placement. In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you before fulfilling the order and offer the option to confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

4. Shipping

6. Product Information

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, specifications, and images are accurate. Product images are representative — minor variations in color, finish, or appearance may exist due to screen calibration and individual manufacturing variation. Specifications are based on manufacturer-provided data and may be subject to change. If you have a question about a specific product specification, contact us before purchasing.

7. Warranty

Products are covered against manufacturing defects. The warranty period and coverage vary by product and are described on individual product pages where available. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized modification, or normal wear and tear. 8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Prestige Tables shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or website. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific item giving rise to the claim.
