Shipping Policy

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. We do not currently ship internationally.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your speaker ships.

Delivery estimates

Standard delivery typically takes 3–6 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Remote areas may take slightly longer.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. If your tracking hasn't updated after 3 business days, email us at contact@prestigetables.com and we'll investigate right away.

Damaged in transit

If your speaker arrives damaged, keep the packaging and send us a photo within 48 hours. We'll arrange a replacement at no cost.
