We want you to love how your speaker sounds. If it isn't the right fit, here's how returns work.

30-day return window

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.

Condition

Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories and cables included. Speakers showing significant wear may be eligible for a partial refund.

Damaged or defective units

If your speaker is faulty or arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours for a free replacement or full refund — no return shipping cost to you.

How to start a return

Email contact@prestigetables.com with your order number. We'll send return instructions and, once your item is received and inspected, issue your refund within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene reasons, opened earbud-style accessories (if included) cannot be returned unless defective.
